The problem

Getting leadership aligned is the hard part

Partner 1
“We need more referrals.”
Partner 2
“We need a new website.”
Partner 3
“Should we be doing something about AI search?”
Meanwhile, the budget gets set in January based on last year's spending, and by spring everyone is busy with client work again. Marketing ends up as a collection of good intentions that never quite adds up to growth.
The CLEAR Workshop gives your leadership team one dedicated session to settle the big questions together, so the year ahead starts with a shared direction instead of competing ideas.
The CLEAR framework

Five questions every growing firm needs to answer

CLEAR is the framework we use to guide every workshop. Each part answers one question, and together they give your leadership team a shared picture of where the firm is going and how marketing will help it get there.
C
Compass
Where is the firm headed over the next few years, and what does growth actually mean for you?
L
Lens
Who are your best clients, and how do they see you today?
E
Edge
What truly sets your firm apart, in words a prospect would understand?
A
Activation
Which channels, relationships, and programs will reach the right people most effectively?
R
Roadmap
What should you tackle first, and what can wait until later in the year?
What you get

The working session

A focused, two-hour virtual working session with your leadership team, guided by David Dellosa, built around the five parts of CLEAR.

CLEAR Takeaways within 24 hours

You receive a short summary of the themes that came out of the session, so every leader can review and sign off while the conversation is still fresh.

Your 2027 CLEAR Scope

From there, we build a practical marketing plan with priorities, timing, and measurable goals. It's yours to keep, whether you work with us afterward or carry it out on your own.

$1,500, credited in full

If you partner with Dellosa & Co. on a marketing engagement within 30 days of your workshop, the full $1,500 is applied to your first invoice. If you don't, you still keep your CLEAR Takeaways and your complete 2027 plan.
Who you'll work with
Every workshop is led by David Dellosa, who spent years leading marketing inside advisory firms before starting Dellosa & Co.
David has spent nearly 15 years in wealth management marketing, including leadership roles at MAI Capital Management and Sequoia Financial Group. He understands compliance review, long client relationships, and the realities of growing a firm, because he has done the work from the inside.

Because each workshop is led personally by David, we're opening just five spots in December.
Common questions

Who should attend?

Founders, presidents, managing partners, and leadership teams at RIAs and independent wealth management firms. The session works best when every decision maker is in the room.

What should we prepare?

Nothing formal. Come ready to talk openly about where the firm is headed, who you serve best, and what has and hasn't worked in your marketing so far.

What if we don't hire you afterward?

That's completely fine. The workshop is designed to be valuable on its own, and your CLEAR Takeaways and 2027 plan belong to you either way.

When do the sessions run?

We're holding five sessions in December, each scheduled directly with your team. Fill out the short form below and we'll follow up within one business day to find a time.

Five spots. One clear plan for 2027.

Reserve your two-hour CLEAR Workshop and start the new year with your leadership team pointed in the same direction. $1,500, credited in full if we keep working together.
